Request maintenance is an additional system to the FICCweb that allows a customer to communicate to the company a request maintenance for a product.
This system is useful for companies that deal with serviceable customers.

Web customers can request maintenance from menu once logged in by filling the form and specifying comments about the request.
An email is sent to the requestor and another to a selected person in the company notifying the issue.
