Documents add item with price

In all documents (add and modify) now the user can input an initial price on add of an item.

NOTES:

When an item is added for the first time the price entered by the user is used instead of the assigned price level when the price text is used.

After that and when adding an item that already exists the initial price is respected, the user can change the price in the grid if so desired.

In case that the entered price is lower than the assigned price the user needs the 

token “QuoteBelowAssignedPrice” to be able to add the item.

The Offer price always supersedes the entered price if the Offer price is lower.

Interchangeable part # (part 2 - view)

On all documents now the user can check the interchangeable items by selecting a row with an item and clicking on the new blue button.

Void miscellaneous account payable

Now the user can void a miscellaneous account payable as long as it has no payments applied.

Items by supplier

Now the user can view the items by supplier also at the time of adding manually an item to the list.
Just select an item in the actions mode and click the Items by supplier.

User welcome page

A FICCweb user with the required token can assign another user with a welcome page.
This welcome page will be the first page that the user or customer will be presented when loggen on.
To assign a user with a specific welcome page, use the top menu:

Available pages may be pages specifically designed by FICCweb with the FICCweb functionality embedded or any html page (or any web element) that the administrator designs for then. To add a htm/html page to the available pages the page must be placed in the web site under the folder Common/Users.
Necessary token to assign a welcome page to any user is "AdminUserWelcomePage"

User quick link

For users that constantly find themselves going to a specific page in the FICCweb, the “Quick link” menu brings them there.

The security token “UserQuickLink” is needed for this feature.

To save a specific page as a “Quick Link” page click on the image in the page header bar:

Once saved, just click the “Quick link” top menu.

Note: Not all pages can be saved as “Quick link”

Change check number

Added to the  main menu the possibility to change a check number.

Kardex view new report

New report with date ranges and optional specific item with autocomplete or lookup for the kardex view screen.

Journal view

In preparation for the printed report for ledger information I have added the filter for GL accounts to the journal view screen.

Web items view

In the Web items view screen now the user can view/print the items that belong to a family.
